WHEREAS, the scope of work bid per Resolution No.18-1076 for Woerner Commercial Park Access Point cannot be accomplished within the established construction budget, and
WHEREAS, a change in the scope of work and a rebid is therefore required.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Rescinds bid award Resolution No.18-1103 and authorizes rebidding of the revised scope of work.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
