WHEREAS, Federal-aid funds are being utilized to extend Fern Avenue, and
WHEREAS, an appraisal was required by the Uniform Act to establish just compensation for a non-donated right of way tract.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves ALDOT’s appraisal review.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $8,400.00 for right of way acquisition to Account No. 12-665-7328 R07 PROF.
SECTION 3: Authorizes offer to landowner in the amount of $8,400.00 in accordance with the Federal Uniform Act, pending ALDOT’s concurrence, for Account No. 12-665-7328 R07 PROF.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
