WHEREAS, the capital account Gateway Signs budget 12-665-7364 is not adequate to cover the costs of the final three Gateway signs, and
the capital account Wayfinding Signs budget 12-665-7297 has funds in excess of what is needed to complete that project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: That $9,000 be transferred from capital account 12-665-7297 Wayfinding Signs into capital account 12-665-7364, Gateway Signs.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
