WHEREAS, the Foley Senior Center requests permission to transfer the current senior center truck, 2007 Ford F150 Crew Cab Vin#1FPTW12V07KD11048 Asset#10313 to the Municipal Complex Department, and
WHEREAS, the Municipal Complex Department would like to accept the transfer and surplus their current truck that is no longer needed for a municipal purpose and dispose of the truck via best means possible, 2006 Ford F150 Ex Cab #1FTRX12WX6NA18477 Asset # 10314
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of the 2007 Ford F150 Vin#1FPTW12V07KD11048 Asset #10313 to the Municipal Complex department.
SECTION 2: Approves the surplus of the 2006 Ford F150 Asset #10314 that is no longer needed for municipal purposes and approves the disposal by best means possible.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
