WHEREAS, Resolution 19-1361 approved the Miflin Road Access Management Plan, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 20-1062 approved Baskerville-Donovan Inc's professional services agreement for Phase 1 of the Miflin Road Access Management Plan from AL-59 to Juniper Street, and
WHEREAS, since Resolution 20-1062 was implemented, Juniper Street Extension has been constructed and there is a need to provide additional funding for additional survey and final design of Phase 1 in order to move the project forward, and
WHEREAS, Bakserville-Donovan Inc has submitted an additional funding proposal in the amount of $20,000.00 to cover the costs associated with completing the final survey and design.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts Baskerville-Donovan Inc's proposal for additional professional services and allocates $20,000.00 under Account No# 400-3020-5148 R57 P1 Prof.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
