WHEREAS, The Capstone Engineering Group submitted a proposal in the amount of $15,000 for professional services to assist the City with the RAISE grant for the upcoming Gateway Improvement Project along Alabama State Highway 59 and US Highway 98.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts The Capstone Engineering Group's Professional Services proposal to assist the City with the RAISE grant for the upcoming Gateway Improvement Project along Alabama State Highway 59 and US Highway 98 and authorizes payment of a not to exceed amount of $15,000 under Account No. 100-3020-6020.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
