A Resolution Approving a Request to
Purchase a Vehicle for the Community Development Department
WHEREAS, The City of Foley Community Development Department has a need and has budgeted for a new vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase a budgeted vehicle under account 100-2032-5100 for an amount not to exceed $28,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
