There is a drainage issue at the intersection of Wedgewood Drive and the future Putter Lane. Currently there is approximately 1500' uphill between the highpoint of Wedgewood / Fairway intersection and this future intersection, and there are no inlets along Wedgewood draining to this location. We want to add a double wing, single wing, and pipe. We requested quotes from three companies and Bill Patterson Construction submitted the lowest responsible bid in the amount of $ 20,480.00.

WHEREAS, There is a drainage issue at the intersection of Wedgewood Drive and the future Putter Lane, and
WHEREAS, We received a quote from Bill Patterson Construction in the amount of $20,480.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the quote from Bill Patterson Construction in the amount of $20,480.00 for the Wedgewood Storm Drain Modification Project.
SECTION 2: Appropriates funds in the amount of $20,480.00 under Account No. 400-3020-5102 A19 Wedge.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
