WHEREAS, during its regular meeting on October 6, 2014, Council approved Resolution 14-0432 to Accept Bid for Construction of an Additional Fire Station, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0432 accepted the bid of $868,000 and amended the budget accordingly, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0432 accepted additional cost for the total project not to exceed $900,000, and
WHEREAS, Resolution 14-0432 did not amend the budget for the additional cost of $32,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends Resolution 14-0432, Section 2 to amend the budget for the additional $32,000 of project cost.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
