WHEREAS, the Recreation Department is in need of an additional reel mower for field maintenance, and
WHEREAS, the Recreation Department has $11,000 budgeted in the Capital Purchase Account 01-622-7010 for this purchase.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of a zero turn mower for $9,500 as under account 01-622-7010 for $11,500.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
