WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library would like to ask permission from the City Council to apply for a Walmart Foundation Community Grant in the amount of $2,500.00, and
WHEREAS, the City of Foley Library would like to expend the grant funds on the Library's Annual Halloween Extravaganza.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the application by the City of Foley Library for Walmart Foundation Grant funds as a means of funding the Library's Annual Halloween Extravaganza.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
