WHEREAS, the Pavilion is in need of being enclosed with screening and doors added, and
WHEREAS, the Sports Tourism Department received a quote from Custom Sunrooms & Siding, Titan Sunrooms, and Bluewater Exteriors, and
WHEREAS, Custom Sunrooms & Siding came in with the lowest proposal with $12,920.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accept Custom Sunrooms & Siding proposal for the screening of the pavilion on the Multi-Use Fields and appropriate $14,212.00 under Account No#400-5042-5100 Shade Structure - Multi-Use Fields
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
