NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the request to declare the eighteen (18) vehicles as surplus and no longer needed for a public purpose.
SECTION 2: Approves the disposal of the surplus vehicles by the best method available.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
