NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, believes that a sponsorship for the Sister City Program's 5k Fundraiser is a useful public purpose of public funds and approves the expenditure of $500.00 from Account 100-1011-6052 Public Relations. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
