WHEREAS, the Foley Fire Department has received generous unbudgeted donations this fiscal year from multiple sources and,
WHEREAS, the Fire Department requests to use the unbudgeted donation funds in the amount of $1,440.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the unbudgeted donation amount of $1,440 and amends the Fire Donation Revenue account #100-2020-4651.
SECTION 2: Approves the use of the unbudgeted donation funds and amends the Small Tools and Equipment account #100-2020-6053 by $1,440, resulting in budget neutral action.
