WHEREAS, Baldwin County has been paving their portion of CR 20 and John G. Walton Construction Company is performing the work, and
WHEREAS, the City’s portion of CR 20 from the Foley Beach Express east to the City Limits has been in need of paving.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates $35,000.00 for paving work to be performed on the City’s portion of CR 20 for Account No. 12-600-9365 A13 PH VI
SECTION 2: Memorializes the award of contract to pave to John G. Walton Construction Company in the amount of $35,000.00 for Account No. 12-600-9365 A13 PH VI
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
