WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism has a need for a zero turn mower, and
WHEREAS, Foley Sports Tourism requests to purchase a zero turn mower for $9,875,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase a Zero Turn Mower from G&J Power Equipment under Sourcewll Contract #062117 from account 100-5040-5100 for $9,875.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
