WHEREAS, There is a need to reduce the number of slots by one of the Corporal Patrol position (Grade 18/Job Code #1633) and increase the number of slots by one of the Corporal Patrol/K-9 position (Grade 18/Job Code 1635) for improved operations in the Patrol Division of the Foley Police Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Authorizes reducing the number of slots by one of the Corporal Patrol position (Grade 18/Job Code #1633) and increasing the number of slots by one of the Corporal Patrol/K-9 position (Grade 18/Job Code 1635) in the Patrol Division of the Foley Police Department.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
