WHEREAS, Debbie Smith with The Village, a not-for-profit charity, is requesting to host a Halloween Trunk & Treat Event at Beulah Heights Park, and
WHEREAS, Ms. Smith is requesting to have fees waived for this event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving fees for The Village to use Beulah Heights Park for a Halloween Trunk & Treat Event on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
