WHEREAS, Because of Covid-19, rerouting visitors so there is one-way traffic through the model train exhibit is desirable
WHEREAS, a sidewalk is needed for ADA compliance at the new north exit of the building that also connects with the depot
WHEREAS this is a needed capital project that can be completed with operational dollars transferred from the original marketing budget
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Transfer funds from depot building/maintenance ACCT# 100-5061-6010 by $5,000, and depot small tools ACCT# 100-5061-6053 by $3,500 into account 400-3010-5101 A23 Depot of $8,500 to complete the sidewalks
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
