WHEREAS, the Environmental Department is requesting to purchase an electric inspection vehicle, and
WHEREAS, the capital equipment purchase is included in the current budget year for $35,000 under account 100-2040-5100, and
WHEREAS, the Environmental Department requests to go to bid for the electric inspection vehicle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Environmental Department to go to bid for an electric inspection vehicle.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
