WHEREAS, Nikki Rye with the Baldwin County Republican Party is requesting to host Hearts for Heroes on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in Heritage Park from 2-6 pm, and
WHEREAS, They plan to have live music, mobile food vendors, and provide free meals to officers and first responders.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the fees for the use of Heritage Park for the Baldwin County Republican Party to host Hearts for Heroes on Sunday, March 1, 2026 from 2-6 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
