WHEREAS, the City of Foley solicited and opened bids on May 14, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. for professional disaster debris removal services, and,
WHEREAS, after review and evaluation of the proposals, it is recommended that award be made to GreenCo Services, LLC, a local provider.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts GreenCo Services, LLC's bid for professional disaster debris removal services.
SECTION 2: Allows the Mayor to execute a task agreement with GreenCo Services, LLC should the need for their services arise.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
