WHEREAS, the Street department is requesting funds for three unbudgeted projects for school crosswalk improvements, AND
WHEREAS, these projects will consist of FES/N Cedar St, FMS/N Pine St, and MES/S Cedar St, AND
WHEREAS, the Street Department is requesting funds as follows: FES/N Cedar St- in the amount of $100,000.00 under account # 400-3010-5103, FMS/N Pine St- in the amount of $12,000.00 under account # 400-3010-5103, MES/ S Cedar St- in the amount of $55,000.00 under account # 400-3010-5103.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Appropriates funds for three unbudgeted Capital Projects for School Crosswalk Improvements in the total amount of $167,000 under account #400-3010-5103 School Crosswalk Improvements.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
