WHEREAS, the community appreciation and outreach will be provided by Faith Tabernacle Church and
WHEREAS, the event is held to provide community appreciation and outreach.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Faith Tabernacle Church to use Heritage Park on Saturday, May 14, 2016 and fees to be waived. Set up and break down of the event will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
