WHEREAS, Engineering received a proposal for Professional Services from Goodwyn Mills Cawood, LLC. in the amount of $5,800 for Task 1 Boundary Survey for the replat of Parcel No. 05-54-08-28-1-000-001.000 (PIN #67656 & 67658).
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves GMC's Professional Services Agreement and appropriates $5,800 under Account No.400-1060-5100 R66 PROF.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
