WHEREAS, the Marketing Department is requesting to solicit bids for and purchase a plug-in hybrid vehicle, and
WHEREAS, this capital purchase is included in the current year budget for $32,500 under account 100-5060-5100.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Marketing Department to go to bid & purchase for a plug-in hybrid vehicle that was budgeted in FY22 for the amount of $32,500 under Account # 100-5060-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
