WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. is building an onsite kitchen for the Meals on Wheels program at 102 W Spruce Ave, and
WHEREAS, Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. requests the City waive the building and zoning fees.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves waiving the Community Development Department fees for Ecumenical Ministries, Inc. kitchen facility at 102 W Spruce Ave, Foley, AL.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
