WHEREAS, the Environmental Dept. requests an RTV-4 seat with covered bed for activities and events at Graham Creek Preserve, and
WHEREAS, it was budgeted for 2017 in the amount of $15,000, and
WHEREAS, Baldwin County Victory Polaris, LLC quoted a 2017 Polaris Ranger 570 Crew Mid-Size with a fortress metal top for $11,449.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approved the purchase from Baldwin County Victory Polaris, LLC of the 2017 Polaris Ranger 570 Crew Mid-Size with a fortress metal top for $11,449.00 from Account # 01-630-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
