WHEREAS, City of Foley Public Library applied for the Dollar General Summer Reading Program and was awarded $2,000, and
WHEREAS, City of Foley Public Library requests to amend the budget accordingly: 201-5021-6189 (Summer Reading expenses) in the amount of $2,000 and account #201-5021-4202 (Dollar General-Asd Grant) in the amount of $2,000.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Memorializes the City of Foley Public Library’s application for the FY21 Dollar General Summer Reading Program and accepts the $2,000 award.
SECTION 2: Amends the budget accordingly, #201-5021-6189 (Summer Reading expenses) in the amount of $2,000 and account #201-5021-4202 (Dollar General-Asd Grant) in the amount of $2,000.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
