WHEREAS, East Jessamine Street Extension was a planned City Constructed road project, and
WHEREAS, there were additional items added to the original project and we are requesting $70,000.00 to complete the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the requested $70,000 and appropriate the funds to Account No# 400-3010-5100 CR-5.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
