Summary

WHEREAS, the City of Foley solicited and opened bids on March 21, 2024 at 2:15PM for monitoring services for disaster debris removal, and
WHEREAS, after review and evaluation of the proposals, it was recommended that award be made to Tetra Tech.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accept Tetra Tech's proposal for providing monitoring services for disaster debris removal.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor's to execute the contract agreement with Tetra Tech.
SECTION 3: Authorizes for the Mayor to execute a task agreement with Tetra Tech should the need for their services arise.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
