WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to have a survey for a two lot subdivision on Fern Avenue, Tax Parcel 54-05-22-0-000-001.000 (PIN77147); and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department recommend approving GMC's survey proposal which includes a boundary survey, minor plat, and property corners placed.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the survey from GMC and appropriate $10,500.00 under Account No#400-2020-5110
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
