WHEREAS, OWA plans to host a grand opening celebration weekend July 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2017, and
WHEREAS, OWA requests to host a nightly fireworks display managed by PyroTecnico at 10:00 p.m. each night of the celebration, and
WHEREAS, PyroTecnico will obtain all necessary permits from the State of Alabama and the City of Foley.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves fireworks display to be held at the OWA grounds each night at 10:00 p.m. during their grand opening celebration July 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2017.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
