The City desires to purchase real property located north of the Hamburg Building and further described as PPIN# 64274 in the amount of $412,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the purchase of real property located north of the Hamburg Building in the amount stated above and amends account 400-1010-5103 accordingly.
SECTION 2: Authorizes the Mayor to sign all appropriate documents for the purchase.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
