WHEREAS, the City of Foley desires to amend the Personnel System Policy with regard to PSP § 1.2(1) Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Positions for those positions defined as a Department Head and/or Director.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: The positions of Public Works Director, Director of Parks and Recreation, Municipal Court Clerk/Administrator, Library Director, Director of Senior Services and Municipal Complex, Marketing Director, Revenue Director, Information Technology Director, Sustainability and Natural Resources Director, Horticulturist, Building Official, and Director of Public Projects are hereby established as a Department Head and/or Director pursuant to PSP § 1.2(1) Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Positions.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
