WHEREAS, the manager at the Foley WalMart made a donation of various Mardi Gras items valued at approximately $2,150.24 to the City of Foley to be used at the City's discretion.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Accepts the various items as itemized in the attached list for a value of approximately $2,150.24 and to be used at the City's discretion.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
