A Resolution to Correct the FY15 Budget
Summary
During the development of the FY15 Budget, certain funding to the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation was inadvertently removed from the budget and needs to be reinstated. The intent was to only fund the customary $25,000 for the Foundation's Support Programs and to remove the additional $25,000 per year funded after the Baldwin County Commission discontinued their support in fiscal year 2012. The entire $50,000 was mistakenly removed from the budget.

WHEREAS, certain funding for the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation's Support Programs was inadvertently removed from the budget and needs to be reinstated.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Amends the FY15 budget to correctly reflect $25,000 to the South Baldwin Chamber Foundation for Support Programs under account 01-620-8110, Public Relations/Community Development.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
