WHEREAS, Street Department has $1M planned for Sidewalk Improvements - Throughout the City in FY24, and
WHEREAS, the proposed Hickory Street sidewalk project is estimated at $73,322.00, and
WHEREAS, the Street Department is asking for appropriation of funds and approval of the sidewalk project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the Hickory Street sidewalk project.
SECTION 2: Appropriates $74,000.00 to account # 400-3010-5101 A23 FY24 for the construction by James Bro's Excavating.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
