WHEREAS, the door track on the north T-Hangar building on the south apron has rusted and deteriorated to the point that it needs to be replaced, and,
WHEREAS, quotes were requested from Apex Construction, MW Rogers and SC Stagner Contracting Inc., and
WHEREAS, SC Stagner Contracting Inc. provided the only quote in an amount of $27,938.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the quote submitted by SC Stagner Contracting Inc. and appropriates $28,000 to account #100-1070-6010 Building & Grounds Maintenance.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
