WHEREAS, Resolution No. 15-2337 approved Sawgrass Consulting, LLC's contract for survey and engineering services for the proposed Trolley Route, and
WHEREAS, there is a need to amend their contract to add the same services for the planned roadway section from Pride Drive west to the Farmers Market area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves Sawgrass Consulting, LLC's supplemental agreement in the amount of $14,820.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
