WHEREAS, the Police Department has surplus funds in the Police Salaries account to transfer to the Public Safety Systems Improvement Capital Project Account, to start the Public Safety Systems Improvement Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the transfer of $105,000 from Police Salaries Account #100-2010-5000 to Public Safety Systems Improvements Account #400-2010-4106.
SECTION 2: Approves the start of the Public Safety Systems Improvements Project.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
