WHEREAS, Sealed bids were publicly opened on July 6, 2023, and
WHEREAS, Ammons & Blackmon Construction was the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $3,649,601.75.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Awards Ammons & Blackmon Construction lowest responsible bidder for the New Public Works Campus- Civil Site and appropriates funds in the amount of $3,649,601.75 under Account No. 400-1060-5100.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
