WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the budget for two accounts in the Marketing Department.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves increasing the Depot Museum's Cost of Goods Sold account 100-5061-6174 by $7,000, and the Caboose Club's Model Train Maintenance account 100-5062-6034 by $3,000.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
