WHEREAS, Engineering received a request for a new street light at the entrance of Meadow Run Estates Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, we received a quote from Baldwin EMC in the amount of $1,750.00 for the installation of the new street light a current monthly fee of $7.31.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves the one-time installation charge to Baldwin EMC for $1,750.00 under Account No#100-3020-9012 and a currently monthly fee of $7.31 under Account No#100-1012-6123.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
