WHEREAS, The Foley Fire Department is in need of replacement hydraulic rescue tools for vehicle extrication and various other uses, and
WHEREAS, this is a planned capital purchase in the FY18 General Fund Budget, and
WHEREAS, these items were previously bid in FY17 with pricing held through 12-31-2017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approves to purchase hydraulic rescue tools from NAFECO for the bid amount of $18,890 using the General Fund account #01-609-7010.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
