WHEREAS, FEMA has opened the applications for requesting Public Assistance for Hurricane Sally disaster event #DR-AL-4563 and applications are due by October 20, 2020, and
WHEREAS, in order to expedite the process, the City of Foley Emergency Manager has completed the Request for Public Assistance on behalf of the City of Foley to begin the process for FEMA reimbursement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Council memorializes the submission of the Request for Public Assistance to FEMA for Hurricane Sally DR-AL-4563.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
