WHEREAS, There are existing drainage issues along Parkwood Drive in the Parkwood Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Engineering has reviewed the existing conditions and have had multiple discussions with property owners, and
WHEREAS, Engineering recommends professional services be performed including surveying and design, and
WHEREAS, Engineering has received a proposal for professional survey and design for future improvements from the Capstone Engineering Group in the amount of $18,890.00.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Recommend approving the professional services proposal from The Capstone Engineering Group and appropriating $20,000.00 under Account No# 400-3020-5102
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
