WHEREAS, The City of Foley wishes to survey and have tract sketches and descriptions prepared for potential Right-of-Way Acquisitions, and
WHEREAS, Preliminary plats are required for Planning Commission approval for certain lots that would be affected.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Approve the survey from Goodwyn Mills Cawood and appropriate funds in the amount of $47,900.00 for the survey tract sketches and preliminary plats for the Right-of-Way Acquisitions Mid-North Foley.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
