WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel is requesting the use of the Civic Center on November 25, 2021 to host the 2022 Thanksgiving Dinner along with the Foley Senior Center, and
WHEREAS, Calvary Chapel is requesting the fees for the use of the Civic Center to be waived for the dinner event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Foley, Alabama, as follows:
SECTION 1: Waives the fees for the use of the Foley Civic Center on November 24, 2022.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption as required by law.
